In this role, you will assist customers with truck rentals, promote services, and support daily yard operations. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with truck rentals and reservations
• Explain rental options, pricing, and policies clearly
• Promote additional services and products to increase sales
• Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Process rental agreements and payments
• Ensure trucks are ready, clean, and organized for customers
• Coordinate with yard staff for vehicle availability
• Maintain records of transactions and daily activity
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Fluent in English
